Pillow Care
Remove the outer cover before washing. We recommend cleaning the inner pillow approximately once a year to preserve its shape and support.
Outer Cover — Washing
- Machine wash in cold water on a delicate cycle
- Do not use fabric softener or bleach

- Ensure the cover is completely dry before placing it back on the pillow
Inner Pillow — Washing
- Secure the zipper with a safety pin before washing to prevent the memory foam fill from spilling out
- Machine wash in cold water on a delicate cycle
- Do not use fabric softener or bleach
Inner Pillow — Drying
- Dry one pillow at a time on low heat
- This may require several dryer cycles — drying time varies by machine
- Place your hand inside the pillow to confirm all the fill is completely dry before use
Always separate the outer cover from the inner pillow before washing. Annual cleaning of the inner pillow is recommended to maintain optimal support.

Foam Pillow
- Spot clean only using a sponge with mild detergent
- Wipe clean with a damp sponge, gently squeeze out excess water, and air dry completely
- Avoid saturating the foam with excessive water
Before first use, place the pillow in the dryer at a maximum of 40 °C for 30 minutes. This helps it fully expand after being compressed in packaging.

Inner Latex Pillow
- Spot clean only — do not machine wash the latex core
Due to their size, Body and Maternity Pillows do not fit standard home washers and dryers. We recommend using a machine-washable Pillow Protector for day-to-day freshness. If a full wash is needed, use a commercial washer and dryer.

- Remove promptly and fold to minimize wrinkles
